My name is Jorge Bulla and i'm from Colombia - Bogota, I've worked as math teacher, deeply interested in expanding my knowledge and teaching methods. Today, I would like to share with you my motivation to explore three interconnected areas: Abstract Algebra, Programming, and Geometry.
Why Abstract Algebra?
Abstract algebra provides the foundations of many modern mathematical structures. Concepts such as groups, rings, and fields not only enrich our theoretical understanding but also have practical applications in cryptography, coding theory, and computer science.
Why Programming?
Programming allows us to bring mathematical concepts to life. By learning languages such as Python or Julia, we can simulate algebraic structures, visualize geometric objects, and develop algorithms that enhance both research and classroom teaching.
Why Geometry?
Geometry connects the abstract and the visual. From Euclidean to differential and computational geometry, it provides powerful tools to model the world. Integrating technology, we can create interactive models that engage students in a more dynamic learning experience.
